The Advance Directives for Dementia webinar will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2024, from 12 noon until 1 pm.  

Join us for a live and interactive discussion with Lowrey Brown of the Final Exit Network to learn about the Dementia Directive, a document that allows you to supplement your Advance Directive with specific instructions should you develop dementia. This directive can help your family make decisions that are closer to what you would have wanted.
